Customer Services Representative [Pakistan]


 

King Revolution Inc. is looking for a customer services representative with superior English communication skills and a great work ethic to join our team. As the CSR, you will be dealing with the customers to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support.

Your expected responsibilities may include:

Answer customer queries via Phone, Email, Social Media.
Update customer records in the system including notes about their feedback etc.
Managing orders of customers through coordinating with different departments.
Encourage customers to participate in different activities via online forums etc.
Strong customer support background.
Able to communicate concisely our company policies to clients.

Requirements: -

· Education requirement Intermediate to Graduate.

· Minimum of 1-year experience in sales/customer service for a company.

· Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information of our product offerings, and communications/advertising program

· Proactive personality and self-motivator

· Comfortable using computers.

· The candidate should be able to understand, speak and write English (Perfect English language is a must)

Shift Timing: US Eastern hours (second shift)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
