The Paddy Box is currently on the lookout for an imaginative and talented individual to fill the Part-time role of a Video Content Creator (videography & editing). The Content Creator will be responsible for developing and executing our content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and ultimately generate leads and conversions. In this role, you’ll act as the social voice of The Paddy Box. You will always be on the lookout for new ways to connect with our customers and new audiences.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing channels and will deliver compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
Responsibilities:
· Ideating and developing new ideas across social channels
· Manage the company's TikTok account
· Ideate, create, film and edit TikTok & Instagram Reel content for The Paddy Box
· Ensure posting is done in a manner that maximises engagement and views.
· Exhibit a strong willingness to learn and grow alongside our company, embracing new techniques and industry trends.
· Showcase your ability to meet project deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
· Work closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure social media strategies are aligned.
· Develop and expand social media activities in line with the company's social media strategy.
· Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and update the team's knowledge accordingly.
· Report and measure the success of campaigns
· Scheduling and managing organic content channels for The Paddy Box
Requirements:
· Design skills including Photoshop and Canva
· Video editing skills are essential
· Proactive with excellent time-management skills
· Collaboration skills
· Ability to think innovatively and a curiosity to learn
· Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, and storytelling.
· Copywriting skills with the ability to write in the brand's tone of voice.
· Creative with a strong attention to detail and design.
· Ability to meet deadlines while working under pressure and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Capability to ensure work is completed in a timely, accurate and compliant manner with a focus on attention to detail.
