OHS Administrator [South Africa]


 

A fast-growing group of companies operating in the Fleet Management and Hotel and Leisure industries are seeking to employ an OHS Administrator to assist the OHS Manager.

The job will entail:

  • Control of the facilities, PPE and Health and Safety Equipment and files
  • Booking relevant staff's medical checkups.
  • Hold Monthly DC OHS meetings
  • Manage Safety Inductions reports of new staff
  • Developing Safety Meeting topics
  • Ensuring Safety procedures are up to regulatory standards
  • Providing a safety resource to your fellow workers.

Requirements:

SAMTRAC / National Diploma in Safety Management

2-3 years in a similiar job

Driver's Licence

Sound knowledge of the OHS Act

Training:

Incident Investigator

Risk Assessor

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Health and Safety: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's Licence (Required)
  • SAMTRAC (Required)
  • Incident Investigator certificate (Required)
  • Risk Assessor certificate (Required)
