Responsibilities include managing existing client relationships, building new business and penetrating new clients and segments through the Wholesale Payments value proposition and product suite. The team works closely with the Global Corporate Bank and all other lines of business to manage bank-wide client relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Support Sales teams through project work and analysis & Provide assistance to Sales team to ensure that clients are receiving agreed services
- Support the team to manage the on-boarding and the KYC processes and end to end deal execution including product and billing set up
- Be involved in the preparation of client account plans, briefing memos, portfolio management reporting and marketing material (pitch books, presentations and slip sheets) for Sales
- Work closely with Sales, Product and Implementation teams to collate relevant information and support with preparation of proposals and material for internal approvals
- Set up and maintain client data & Analyse key revenue and pipeline data in order to deliver reports to senior management
- Run client-focused internal projects
- Conduct research on existing client portfolios and prospective clients
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- At least 1 year payments, treasury or corporate banking experience
- Strong organizational, time management and planning skills. A track record of accurate execution and ownership
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to adapt to internal and external audiences
- Demonstrated career progression, proving ability and desire to develop client and technical skills to ultimately assume a Sales/Relationship Management role
- Experience in a front office environment and regular client interaction/strong client focus
- Strong analytical, technical, written and presentation skills
- Ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment, spanning global time zones and working hours
- Able to operate in a matrix environment where you can demonstrate strong partnership in achieving your goals and ability to work under pressure and to tight timeframes
